Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use Teamight, including our web app, AI assistant, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Teamight Provides
Teamight offers a free applicant tracking workspace with unlimited jobs, teammates, and candidates. Optional partner services—such as onboarding help, custom integrations, or enhanced support—may be offered under a separate written agreement.
2. Accounts and Access
- You must be at least 18 years old and act on behalf of a legitimate business or client to use the Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for any activity under your account.
- You may invite colleagues, clients, or contractors, and you control what they can view or edit. Please remove access when it is no longer needed.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use Teamight only for lawful recruiting activities.
- Do not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security, or send spam or unsolicited bulk messages through the Service.
- Respect candidate privacy and obtain any consents required under applicable law.
4. Customer Data and Privacy
- You retain ownership of the candidate, client, and job data you store in Teamight (“Customer Data”).
- Teamight processes Customer Data in line with our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
- We keep your data secure using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Let us know immediately at security@teamight.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may export or delete Customer Data at any time. We may retain backups as required for legal or operational reasons, after which they are removed.
5. Service Changes and Availability
- Teamight is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features or interfaces to improve the Service.
- If we plan to discontinue the Service or introduce material changes, we will provide advance notice when practicable.
6. Optional Paid Services
- Partner services or paid support are governed by the order form or statement of work you sign with us. Those documents may include additional terms.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees for optional services are invoiced as agreed and are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support@teamight.com.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. When possible, we will notify you in advance.
- Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teamight and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for optional services in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
