Teamight helps recruiters and hiring teams organise candidates, collaborate, and communicate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our marketing site or use the Teamight platform (the “Service”). It also explains how to reach us with privacy questions.
- Account details such as name, email, company, and role when you sign up or invite teammates.
- Candidate and recruiting data that you upload or generate inside the Service, including resumes, notes, interview feedback, and statuses. You decide what to store and share.
- Usage data like log files, device info, and actions taken in the product. We use this to keep the Service secure and improve the experience.
- Support and communication data from messages sent to demos@teamight.com, privacy@teamight.com, support@teamight.com, or through in-app chat.
- Website form data such as contact details and marketing preferences submitted on our public site.
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including the AI assistant, collaboration tools, and integrations.
- Communicate about product updates, tips, support responses, and important notices.
- Monitor usage to keep the Service reliable and secure, and to detect fraud or abuse.
- Produce aggregated analytics that do not identify individual customers or candidates.
3. Sharing and Subprocessors
We share information only with trusted subprocessors that help us host infrastructure, send communications, provide analytics, or enable integrations (for example, HR, payroll, or messaging platforms). Each subprocessor is bound by contractual safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety. We will notify you of legal requests unless prohibited.
4. Data Retention and Control
- You control how long candidate records stay in Teamight. You can delete or export them anytime.
- We retain account and billing contacts while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal obligations.
- Support conversations are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow through on issues and track service quality.
5. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring, and employee training. Report suspected incidents to security@teamight.com—our team will investigate and keep you informed.
6. International Transfers
Teamight stores data in the United States. When transferring personal data from other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- Access, update, or remove account information within the workspace settings.
- Submit data subject requests (access, correction, deletion, restriction) to privacy@teamight.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
- Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or email privacy@teamight.com to opt out.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be shared via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they become effective.
